These terms apply to your use of www.evonintelligence.com (the “website”), operated by Evon Intelligence (“Evon Intelligence”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Skyline Sprint company.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The website gives general information about Evon Intelligence and its three divisions: Evon Products (AI software we build and run), Evon Ventures (AI-forensics companies we incubate) and Evon Automations (AI automation we design and deliver for clients). It also lets you contact us and book a discovery call.

The content is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

• Discovery calls. A discovery call is free and does not commit you or us to any further work.
• Client work. Descriptions of our services, examples and any proposals or estimates we discuss are not binding offers. Any work we carry out for you, whether a one-time build or an ongoing managed service, will be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to that work.
• Products. Our software products may have their own terms, which apply when you use them. Information about a product's features or status (such as live or in development) may change, and does not guarantee that a product or feature will be available.
• Ventures. Information about Evon Ventures and the companies we incubate is for general information only. It is not an offer of shares or other securities, and it is not investment advice.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• break any applicable law or regulation when using the website
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems
• disrupt or overload the website, or introduce viruses or other harmful code
• send spam, automated or bulk submissions through the contact form
• give false information or pretend to be someone else when contacting us
• copy or extract large parts of the website's content using automated tools

The website and its content, including text, graphics, design, logos and the names Evon Intelligence, Evon Products, Evon Ventures, Evon Automations and our product names, are owned by or licensed to us. Other names and trademarks shown on the website belong to their owners.

You may view the website and share links to it. You must not copy, reproduce, change or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When you contact us, please make sure the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. If you need to share confidential information, we can agree how to handle it first.

The website links to websites and services we don't control, such as Skyline Sprint and the websites of the companies we incubate. Discovery calls take place on third-party video services such as Zoom or Google Meet. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites and services, and their own terms apply when you use them.

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that it is complete, accurate, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, from your reliance on its content, or from any time it is unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. These terms do not change any agreement you have signed with us for client work, products or other services.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
