Evon Intelligence

Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, www.evonintelligence.com, is operated by Evon Intelligence (“Evon Intelligence”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an applied AI company and part of Skyline Sprint. We build our own AI software, incubate AI-forensics ventures and design AI automation for businesses. We work remotely and serve clients in the UAE, the UK, the USA and Saudi Arabia.

We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email us at info@evonintelligence.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, contact us through it, or email us about something you saw here.

It does not cover our software products, the independent companies we incubate (which run their own websites), or work we carry out for clients. Those may be covered by their own privacy notices or by the agreements we sign with clients.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect:

  • your first and last name
  • your email address
  • your company name
  • the topic you choose (for example, booking a discovery call or asking about a product)
  • anything you write in the optional message

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your email.

We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial details, and we ask you not to include it in your message.

Information collected when you submit the form

When you send the form, we also record your IP address and your browser's user-agent string (which describes your browser and device). We store them with your enquiry to detect spam and abuse, and use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent from one address in a short period.

Technical logs

Our servers keep technical logs so we can keep the website secure and fix problems. Logs of contact-form requests include the IP address the request came from.

Chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are sent from our server to the AI service that writes the replies. The first time you send a message, we give your chat a random identifier, stored in a cookie, so we can limit misuse of the assistant. We don't ask for your name or email in the chat, and we ask you not to share sensitive information there.

Analytics, only if you allow it

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location based on your IP address. If you don't accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and send it to the right team
  • answer the questions you ask the chat assistant
  • arrange and hold a discovery call if you ask for one
  • follow up on the enquiry you raised
  • protect the contact form from spam and abuse
  • keep the website secure and working properly
  • understand how the website is used, so we can improve it, if you allow analytics
  • meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use the following storage in your browser:

  • Strictly necessary. We save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (under the name “evon-consent”) so we don't ask you again on every visit. It is always on, because without it we couldn't remember your choice.
  • Chat assistant (strictly necessary). When you send your first chat message, we set a cookie named “evon_chat_session” holding a random chat identifier. It is only sent with chat messages, can't be read by scripts on the page, lasts 30 days, and isn't used for analytics or advertising.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_” followed by an ID. By default, Google sets them to last up to two years. They are only set after you choose “Accept all” or turn analytics on in Cookie preferences.

We don't use advertising cookies, and we tell Google Analytics that advertising features are not allowed.

You can change your choice at any time using (also in the footer of every page). If you turn analytics off, we remove the Google Analytics cookies and reload the page without Google Analytics. This stops further collection, but it does not delete data already sent to Google. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Who we share information with

Your information is available only to the people at Evon Intelligence who need it to respond to you. We also use service providers that process information on our behalf:

  • Hosting and database providers, which run this website and store contact-form submissions.
  • The AI service behind the chat assistant, which receives the messages you send in the chat so it can write the replies.
  • Google, which provides Google Sheets, where we keep a copy of each enquiry so our team can manage it, and Google Analytics, if you allow it. Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the security of the website.

8. International transfers

Our team works remotely, and our service providers may store or process information in countries other than the one you live in. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. Contact us at info@evonintelligence.com if you would like more information about where your information is processed.

9. How long we keep information

  • Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, including any work that results from your enquiry. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
  • Rate-limiting records, which use your IP address or chat identifier, expire automatically within 24 hours.
  • Google Analytics data is kept by Google according to the data retention setting on our Google Analytics account.

10. Keeping information secure

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and contact-form submissions are stored in systems that require credentials to access. No website or method of storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to someone else. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To make a request, email info@evonintelligence.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.

If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are elsewhere, you can contact your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

12. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Other websites

This website links to websites we don't control, such as Skyline Sprint and the websites of the companies we incubate. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.

15. Contact us

For any question about this policy or your personal information, email info@evonintelligence.com or use our contact form. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using this website.
